  1. I just installed the latest TWS version and there is no lag.

When do you expect tick and second data to be available in MC?

    Thank you

  2. We are working on it with IB - there's no ETA at the moment. We are planning gradual releases of new features to ensure stability.

  4. Is there some quick guide to use multicharts in TWS. It is difficult to go through 400 pages of user guide. I may not need all that. What I want e.g. To create a point and figure or renco chart for NQ for one year. Somebody has to create a quick start guide say 25 pages to learn very basic functions. Thanks

  6. Is the data you use for backtests from IB or from Multicharts? If its from IB data then it wont go back as far am I right? For example SPY data wont go back to inception?

IB data. You'd have to use IQFeed, eSignal or some other supported feed.

  8. Can someone post a few screenshots of what the MC for TWS looks like? Is it the full MC software just inside a TWS container? Or just a chart window inside TWS?

It is just MC. It runs seperately but is connected to TWS.
