There is no option to run multicharts under Analytical tools in my TWS and I am running the latest release. Do I have to download something first?
ask their support, and I will do the same. Maybe it's not in every release. There are also different layouts available, and it's in different menus on each layout. Here's their release notes - https://gdcdyn.interactivebrokers.c...sguidebook/technicalanalytics/multicharts.htm
TWS standalone which supports MC-IB hasn't been released yet. The Browser based version has been updated. you can either load the Browser version or wait a few days for the standalone release. You can install stand alone and web version on the same machine. Be advised. MC-IB net [no trading] is free, if you opt for MC-easylanguage it will cost you $39/month [[after the free 30 day trial]] https://individuals.interactivebrokers.com/en/index.php?f=tws&p=software
Here's the official response from IB: "It is available to everyone using Windows and using the "Latest" release or the "Beta" release. The client should definitely see it if he is using Windows."
I contacted them Tuesday, and what I posted above was their response. Browser based or the TWS-beta, but they had not released the standalone product. One can easily check by going to IB's site and downloading the current release. Either way, a few more days and it should be out.
