Free Indicator Scanning & Sorting

My grandpa is looking for a free place to scan for a couple specific things: Stocks above $75 with a MACD above 50 and at least a 10% increase in price over the last two months. He formerly used BigEasy, but stopped when they started charging $40 a month. Anyone know where he can get this on the web free?
