You can't give them gas because they would just leave the state and sell the car. Friend of mine was renting a house to a Black family back in Alabama. Long story short it took 90 days to have them evicted. $15k of damages to a house worth maybe $90k. They even stole the kitchen sink. Forty - four friggin months later, taxpayers are still paying for these parasites to stay in these FEMA trailers. Just give them the damn things and be done with it. They're never moving out anyway.
