    WSJ reports that Freddie Mac plans to sell $10B worth of shares.
     
  2. it's called capital restructuring if you know what that means.

    change of ownership.

    assets of business are sold at receivership value.




     
  3. issuing shares is the sole purpose of wall street and change of ownership of shares.

    traders are just guest in this market.

    traders don't care about owning these shares of these companies.
