Fraud by Gain Capital

Anyone have more details/information on what exactly occurred?

I guess from the lack of responses no one denies that Gain Capital is a fraud

 

or that you were not taken seriously...

 

Gain Capital is a fraud.

A few years ago I caught them trying to cheat me by manipulating my cost basis of multi-lot positions. They tried to give me a less-favorable cost basis thinking I wouldn't notice so they could pocket the difference. I hope they wind up bankrupt or in jail. Avoid them.

 

So are you saying that they are more ungainly than they would have us believe?

They always capitalize GAIN. What do the letters stand for?
