Incorrect (as usual!). The USA is the biggest economy in the world and also has the largest trade deficit in the world. Plenty of basket case economies such as Russia (your homeland?) which have trade surpluses. Trade deficits are not important as long as they are financed. And the UK has plenty of financing.
British are so locked up in their "empire" period from centuries ago. They think and act still like in the medieval period. Comparable with very old people that speak to each other about the good times they had decades ago. Typical for people have remember things from past that they lost meanwhile, and having mental problems to adapt to the (not so good) reality. "Those where the days..."
It's obvious you hate the British, which is fine. Russians are known to be xenophobes. What I don't understand then is why you have a problem with us leaving the EU. You should be pleased if they kick us out.

If you would read all my postings you would see how stupid that question is. I was born in the EU and still live there.
I don't have a problem with the Uk leaving the EU. I find it just hilarious that leaving would make the UK a winner in everything and the EU a loser in everything. As that is complete nonsense and a typical unrealistic British attitude. Again, the EU is not kicking out the UK. The UK wants to leave, they are the party that started the whole show. You apparently still don't understand that. The British voted to leave the EU, the EU did not vote to kick out the UK.
Who is going to finance that? The British government, or rather the people in the UK. So 1 billion trade deficit means 1 billion extra to be paid by the people in the UK. They spent 1 billion and give that money to countries outside the UK. Or do you mean that a trade deficit is good for the economy? Why do you think the US wants to reduce the trade deficit with China, if it is so good for the economy?
