I was previously trading with AxiTrader and decided to move my accounts from there because the servers would freeze during events multiple times and customer service was equally pathetic.I currently trade with FP Markets with their raw spreads account, their trading conditions are much more stable even during volatile events and most importantly their customer support is great.
I'm a new trader and was looking for a good broker who has reputable reputation. I read about FP Markets seems to have some good points but looking for genuine reviews from traders using this broker.

I started live trading in FP Markets, an ASIC regulated broker. It has been over 4months trading with them. The spreads are tighter, and no spread widening issues. I started trading with FP Markets on their Raw ECN account. The experience has been good so far the spreads are lower starting from 0.0pips and commission costs are lower as well, they have Maximum leverage as high as 500 to 1. Trading for nearly a year now and I did not have any issues like server freezing or spread widening.
It has been 6 months of trading with FP Markets, have not faced any issues with their spread widening even during high volatile market movements. The withdrawal and deposit process are pretty smooth as well. I did not have any issue even when trying to reach their customer support during the initial stage, and they were patient in solving any kind of queries.
