As they do sometimes when the news is slow, Fox was showing a live helicopter shot as an armed carjacker drove west on an Arizona Interstate. After the carjacker pulled onto a side road, then off the road exiting the vehicle, Fox was unable to cut away fast enough as the carjacker put a pistol to his head and pulled the trigger. Actually, we don't know if he is dead. They cut away and stopped reporting as he slumped to the ground. Taxpayers may be on the hook for huge medical bills in addition to an eventual trial and incarceration.
