A grown man obsessing over a cartoon?

  2. I think it's noteworthy that Fox News sees their viewers as sheep and are not even the slightest bit bashful about bragging on it.

As for the obsession charge, I've spent approximately four minutes on this topic today.

Not every site can have the highest regard for the truth, and honesty, like infowars does.

  4. To be fair, only one of those organizations went to court to argue they had a legal right to lie to their viewers (and won).

Between Fox news and Infowars which site do you think makes more stuff up?

  6. Difficult to determine. Whenever I get something originated from either of those organziations, I immediately try to vet it with other sources of info. I take nothing from either organization at face value (I apply this to all media actually).

Each organization has asserted some pretty far out stuff. Infowars seems to have an anti corproate/anti big government agenda (with a healthy side of eugenics fears) while Fox News tends to display the opposite. I will say that Infowars was one of the first to call out the Iraqi WMD hoax whereas Fox News was pretty much GW's personal media group at the time.

At the end of the day they are both sources of information, some real, some not. Both have obvious bias's and both should be taken with a grain of salt. My philosophy is no need to throw the baby out with the bathwater. They are both useful if used properly.

That of course was the wrong question. WHO controls MSM and WHO controls Infowars? ;-)

When I hear reports I can make up my own decision - that is my job.
