The Smartmatic suit is just one of the suits against Newsmax. They may be done in by suits from Dominion and others which are scheduled on court calendars in 2025. Newmax may have just delayed their inevitable demise.

That was an amazing first day of trading for NewsMax. Shades of the DJT SPAC to IPO conversion.

They kicked CoreWeave's ass to oblivion. At least the NewsMax holders aren't trying to dump their shares before the IPO like the scammers at CoreWeave.

The NewsMax operators should do a secondary or float some convertibles to capitalize on the MAGA trade ASAP. Take that money and invest 10% of that in BTC.

Maybe OANN should go public as well.

I bet if Comcast spins off CNBC it would be a huge boom as well.

Pretty sure NMAX has it's hands tied for a bit with regards to any further dilution of any kind. I didn't read filings, but that's pretty standard. Regarding CNBC, I'd buy stock in it, but you know Comcast would structure the IPO in a way that it would be loaded with a ton of debt. It's one of their most valuable properties.
