This is another reason that a corporation that is conservative will become a target from the progressive AG and DA cabal in the major cities
    They need to incorporate elsewhere

Unlike cons, I see nothing wrong with seeing workers or women as humans with rights.

I love how right wingers think a major media company can just relocate somewhere else. Poof, we’re now live from Montgomery, Alabama. Lol. Like as if there is the same type of educated people and infrastructure everywhere. Come on.

I guess you only see workers and women as humans with rights at FOX -- but not at any other company in New York City including some financial services firms with egregious history of toxic work environment and sexual harassment violations. Tell us again why you don't see workers and women as humans with rights at these financial banking firms. Seeing that you have no complaint about the NYC Human Rights Commission never taking action against them.

Seeing that the large financial services firms located in New York City have had much worse problems with toxic work environment and sexual harassment over the past four decades than FOX did. Then why weren't these financial services firms fined by the NYC Human Rights Commission -- seeing they are both larger in size and revenue than FOX. In fact some of the sexual harassment and toxic workplace stories that have come out of these financial banking firms are legendary.

Weird they hit Fox News with these claims when their boy Cuomo has been in hot water over the same things for months now.

Must be nice having a politician in your family. I’m sure the allegations are true based on every other “news” outfit being hit but it is funny they go after fox in particular.

Who says the politburo isn’t alive and well?

Fox Business's Larry Kudlow 'repeatedly made racist and sexist remarks during staff meetings': lawsuit

Fox News is once again embroiled in a sexual harassment scandal.

The NY Daily News reported Monday that a new lawsuit is alleging that Fox Business host Larry Kudlow "repeatedly made racist and sexist remarks during staff meetings and even blocked an on-air appearance by a Florida congressman because he is Black."

Kudlow served as an economic advisor in Donald Trump's administration.

The lawsuit was filed by a producer named John Fawcett, who "also alleged that Fox News contributor Andrew Napolitano sexually harassed him in an elevator in 2019, with network execs ignoring complaints. Napolitano, a former New Jersey judge, harassed other men at the network, according to Fawcett's lawsuit."

The lawsuit was filed in Manhattan Supreme Court.

Hours after the news of the lawsuit emerged, Fox News announced that it had parted ways with legal analyst Napolitano, although it defended Kudlow against what it said were false allegations.

"Upon first learning of John Fawcett's allegations against Judge Andrew Napolitano, FOX News Media immediately investigated the claims and addressed the matter with both parties," Fox said in a statement. "The network and Judge Napolitano have since parted ways. We take all allegations of misconduct seriously, are committed to providing a safe, transparent, and collaborative workplace environment for all our employees and took immediate, appropriate action.

Fox News reportedly settled five sexual harassment claims against Bill O'Reilly for a total of about $13 million and and reportedly paid out $32 million for a lawsuit alleging "a pattern of sexual harassment and a non-consensual sexual relationship."
