In the meantime Rupert Murdoch's empire doesn't lose broadcasting license and continues lying their asses off to the public.

This is a civil trial meaning only 9 jurors have to side with Dominion for them to win. There is a lot of biased, extreme liberal jurors sitting in cases. Now, if this was a criminal case, Fox would have fought it. They would have to have all 12 jurors agreeing and the threshold would be higher. This is a matter of minimizing the cost of the trial. Dominion can go ahead with the trial, if they lose, they will pay all the costs of the trial. Probably, Fox sues Dominion in turn. I am still a juror and will not tolerate shenanigans on any trial I am on. Not on this one but, I could end up sitting on future trials so, you never know.

More humiliation for posters like "Beautiful Stranger" on here who bought the "election fraud" lie hook, line, and sinker.
