  1. The hairdo!!!!! The Vita Nelson hairdo!!!! God, I thought I was the only one who noticed that thing for 20 years.

I have a confession. I just subscribed, and she's recommending ZZZBest.

"Our guest today is Vita Nelson, publisher of the Money Paper. Vita............."

  2. Who still make direct investment these days? Why pay for her obsolete Money Paper when you can get the same info on Google for free? Did she sign an ad contract for 50 years or something to lock in the then ad rate? :D

  3. Here's what's playing on TCM:

Movie, Drama, Mystery/crime. (1931). Joan Crawford, . A broke socialite gets a newspaper job and goes undercover at a cafe to expose a bootlegger.

    Sorta sounds like now.

At least Hollywood has a future. They can remake all the movies from 1930 -35.

  6. I thought I was the only person who noticed that. When I was a broker, we had CNBC running all day and that exact same commercial running today was on in 1995 - probably before.

  7. For those in the NYC area, how is this different than the window fix commercials?

"WOULD YOU BE QUIET I'M ON THE PHONE WITH WINDOW FIX?"

That "woman" may rival the where's the beef lady for pure comedic value.

  8. I met Vita at a Wealth Expo a while back...I think she's a cyborg..

"You are doing yourself, the BIGGEST favor in the world"
"and you might have fun doing it"
"where I can I get information on the Money Paper?"
    (guy nods)
