I am a big fan of momentum plays right out of Dan Zanger school of trading. When the stock has dynamite fundamentals, explosive growths, heavy duty parabolic ascent or a cup and handle breakout I like to trade those mighty giants. I have traded earnings last month on 4 horsemen GOOG, AAPL, RIMM, AMZN. Everyone turned out great. Jim Cramer has issued a new series of horsemen, now this time in China. These are all bullish explosive growth companies with upwards ascents like a rising balloon. There is quite an opportunity to milk these for what they are worth and when the bubble bursts give back some and smile. According to Cramer these 4 Chinese horsemen are : BIDU ( Broke out from triangular pattern) FCMN ( Breaking out of cup and handle formation) PTR ( Making a bull flag) CHL ( Tanking to the downside ) I would like your comments how to play these stocks and like hear your input.
