Fort Hood under attack

  1. Well, you might have something there. They do seem to have a flavor for the extreme down in that neck of the woods, but it's an apples and oranges comparison. I just think when you have a guy like this, giving off a zillion red flags, and nobody does anything, it gives me an indication that something is very wrong, and that something is our pre-occupation with being PC. A military man wearing full muslim garb, ON POST,, denouncing the war effort, supporting suicide bombers and doing it quite vocally, ON POST, and nobody lifts an eyebrow? The system is broken!

  2. The truth...

Tim McVeigh was a white Christian, a veteran, etc.

What do you want to know about Ft. Hood?

That the shooter was Muslim? Is that all you need to know?

If so, then you are really only looking for the part of the story that will rationalize your bigotry...

If we find out that this man acted completely alone, with no plan, but simply snapped...that is one thing.

If we find out he was part of a terrorist group acting like a suicide bomber, that is something quite different.

How about we wait for the whole story before flaunting your bigotry?

  3. if he was giving off clear signals he should have been delt with by higher ups. we will have to wait for more information before we demonize all muslims serving in the military.

  4. Yes he can. And yes he is. These are not mutually exclusive things, in fact stupidity and pro-Islamist sentiments usually go hand in hand.

  5. I agree, and as I stated earlier, the Army has much to answer for in this mess, and I have no intent of demonizing all muslims, military or otherwise. BUT, these muslims need to show some common sense, especially in the military. If they're going to walk around in some traditional muslim dress, they better be singing God Bless America while doing it. I don't care wheter is PC or not, you're a muslim in this day and age, they need to define they're loyalties a little more clearly.

Why would someone "need" to define their loyalty?

You think external show of loyalty actually means something?

    LOL!!!

  8. For those who still have a working brain, consider:

If this guy was truly part of some terrorist plot, and was truly "Muslim" then why didn't he get some bomb and blow it and himself up?

Would have killed a lot more people...

I have seen no report that he tried to kill himself, any more than Tim McVeigh tried to kill himself...or any other whack job postal worker who kills people, or a kid who takes a gun to school and shoots students, etc.

In fact, typically the same boobs who are eating their own ape-shit in this thread are silent about school shootings...

I have said nothing that can be construed as bigotry. So no need to start with the same tired some argument of bigotry and racism.

  10. Huh? So you are claiming not to be a bigot when it comes to people who practice Islam?
