Yes, many were noticed on the pre-power down and the power down days. There are numerous eye witness reports of these unknown personel in the WTC buildings (and always reported with wire bundles - damn, what did they need all that wire for???). So what plane did the "Happy Hooligan's" F-16 ANG unit shoot down on 9/11 - and one of their USAF ANG pilots received a medal for the actions. Go reasearch that one! :eek: My IP is on the "inside"!
