When a team works on a project it is called team work we all have our own designated responsibilities A project such as a simple demolition to the layman, can have huge logistic implications, and it is unlikely that all individuals will be in the know of every tiny aspect related to a project that is what a project is it is made up a team and a successful project equates to successful team work which means each person has their own designated responsibility and they coordinate effectively with each other
