  1. According to the poll results, a majority now agree with me. I'd love to hear from these wise people as to how they are positioning themselves to profit from the understanding that the S&P won't see 1000.

  2. S2007S

    S2007S

Earnings these next few weeks will be the only driving force for 1000 on the s&p, I only give it a 1% chance that the s&p pushes towards that area.

  3. Earnings aren't going to have the impact they once may have had.

  4. Couldn't the irrational optimism about what Obama can do assist the S&P's climb to 1000?

  5. And what do you know about earnings?
You don't even know where the Baker Hughes Rig Count bottomed back in 2001-2002, let alone 1998-1999.

  6. But how can you really be sure?? Why not create yet another poll.. and another... and another ...and then write up a report and sell it to us for $40?

  7. All I can be sure of is that I won't start a thread on ET recommending to go long MOS @ $150..as you did.
And I can be sure that I won't start a thread recommending to go long FCX @ $120..as you did.

It's a long, long way back for you from -80% losses in 6 months. I believe you set the all time record for speed of losing in the market.

You, of all maggots, should love this thread b/c it makes $$.

  8. Without a link to other aliases you may have had, it seems your history in ET began only a few months ago. Is a four-month track considered sufficient enough to establish credibility?

  9. Depends on what the 4 month track record is. I do understand exactly where you are coming from.
