It uses a derivative of the price to determine when the currency pair is going up, going down or consolidating, this is shown under the column - DIRECTION. Then it also shows when to buy, sell or to stay put ie Neutral under column - TRADE. It is excel based and shows the snapshot of the state of play at the time the analysis is done.
