I've heard that FOREX quotes are not of completed trades but of the lowest ask price. Is this really true (sounds weird to me)? Also, where do you get historical FOREX data from since there is no NASDAQ or OPRA like organization compiling quotes from all the various banks? I know you can get some historical data from banks like Saxo Bank, but how am I to know if it's in line with the other big banks? Is there a reliable provider of FOREX data? (BTW, I've heard eSignal is adding FOREX, but where the heck is that coming from?) Thanks all!
