Forex Prop shops

Can anyone suggest any Forex Prop shops, both US and International. Also if where can learn of how they work.

Remote or in the office is fine.

why would you need a prop shop to trade currenices? Aren't they leveraged like 200:1 already?

 

I only use 10:1, but can go as high as 50:1 to make a yield between 3-7% a month....but a bigger base would be good...
