Im sure their marketing folks didnt take any of those photos. They just buy them. Theres a picture of a girl sunning herself by the pool that I have seen used to advertise 3 condo projects and 4 tanning salons in the last 3 years. UBS and some other bank I cant remember use the same "asian woman in NYC wearing a suit" pic.
Also, that is not a picture of their trading floor. That is the trading floor of Marex Trading in London, formerly Refco.
I dont think it makes it a scam at all. They just needed a picture of traders, so they used one. My home setup is not in the least photogenic. If one day I look for outside money and have a web site, I sure as hell am not going to put up a picture of my computer room lol.
