I think Forex is not addictive but people fail again and again in Forex and try to recover their loses in the next trades so involved in greed and face more losses and continue.
Yes, its like a circle and each action motivates a person (positively or negatively) to trade again. Emotions take a toll and that's when we realize that we have become addicted to forex trading.
