FOREX Historical Data

  1. I realize that a lot of the big banks have charting and data you can download or view. But is there a reliable provider of historical FOREX data? It seems this would be very hard b/c it's a 24hr market dominated by large banks. How could a data provider find out what the various market makers' prices are? Thanks!

  3. I don't know if this can help you , but I found that www.eoddata.com offer free Forex historical data.

You do have to register with them (It's free).
When you log in you simple go to:
    Symbol Quote
Pick Foreign Exchange and a Symbol (ex: AUDUSD).
And in the middle of the page it says "Download Historical Data".

The Historical Data goes back a year and it's only Daily quotes.

    Hope this helps.
