Let me break it down: Assume I have an account with $2,000, and I want to limit my drawdown to no more than 3%. 3% of $2000 is $60 so from my 0.01 lot size if sl is at $1, then it means I should use the following lot size to maintain less than 3% drawdown: 0.01*60/1 = 0.6 lot size. This approach helps me quickly adjust lot sizes while ensuring I stay within my risk limits. Hope that clarifies it!
