i use a spreadsheet as well that i update the accountbalance on daily um sizing works different for me tho depending on how im trading i have a scaling down positioning size formula(still kinda workin on this one) and one i just use regularly position size algorithm based on volatility/pip worth/accountsize and % of account to use.. compute it in the morning then post it note it to my screen for the day.
