Anyone know which countries in western Europe are undervalued as far as real estate goes?

 

With the current exchange rates there is nothing undervalued for a U.S. buyer.

 

agree with longhorns, though if you must, Spain's property market has gone tits up recently, so if you like buying the dips... check out Valencia on the east coast...
