One of the dumbest things I have ever heard from Steve Jobs. Not a criticism about your point but the video is stupid. It shows how Steve Jobs' lemmings always ate out of his hands. Was this supposed to be a class or comedy show? The examples he picked even a kid could have done better, pretty dumb examples. He was so overrated. He screamed at his engineers to put features into a tiny box (mobile phone) yet never moved a finger himself. By the way here is my interac free money transfer procedure: open mobile app, choose interac, click on recipient, enter amount, confirm, send. I am not sure what you are trying to prove here other than that you are stubborn and can't really accept other arguments. Your country's payment system sucks, ok, we get it. But that does not mean the entire fiat system sucks. In fact it works great, even today. Using Cyprus as example of potential risks is weak, who parks money in a Cypriot bank? Only criminals and dumb people.
I'm surprised the alt-right didn't use the anonymity tools like you suggested. https://blog.chainalysis.com/reports/capitol-riot-bitcoin-donation-alt-right-domestic-extremism
Not many people know that lightning is operational and offers more anonimity. When people learn that they will start to use. Then one day a big criminal group will be busted and say they used lightning to send funds. That's when politicians will get pissed and try to ban it. But the way it works it might be unbanneable, kinda like Bittorrent back in the day
Gotta love this logic - BTC was used to traffic drugs, because the USD was NE-ever used for that, now was it? Guilt by association is a rhetorical fallacy, btw.
If you are ever associated with say, a drug dealer, you probably, will have a hard time proving your innocence but, keep up at it. Drug dealers have in fact been arrested and their bitcoin taken from them. Who else has been arrested and charged? Who knows? Can't happen to you right, because you are so special?
I, I, I just would like to buy a cup of coffee with my Bitcoin, but $14 is a little bit too steep of a price. (that is 4 bucks for coffee 10 bucks for transaction)
I am right because I actually read the title of the thread. Nothing about BTC's price, but its usability. Say after me: usability
We can’t all waste our lives posting 17k times. Some one has to be on the right side of these trades. You do your thing man. I hope worrying about coffee has made you profitable.
