For those on the west coast. How do you wake up early?

    I suppose I could ask the same question of people on the east coast: what the hell do you do until 9:30 in the morning. What a ridiculous time to start anything. 6:30 makes more sense to me. I'm old so I'm up anyway.

    YOGA/MEDITATION BEFORE BED TIME !!
    EARLY DINNER, NO LATER THAN 5PM (coz digestion slows as we age)
    Just a mouthful of water at bed time to minimize p/p time
    >> TIGER BALM fastened to your cell phone with rubber bands << then rub on your knees and belly upon awakening <<<<<<<<<< Try it and LMK ;)

    FOR WIDE AWAKE at night: Try SLEEPING MEDITATION: NOSE BREATHE, observe belly button rising and falling, slow deep breaths of 4-7 second duration, count the breaths on your hand

    • Don't do any screen/monitor work within 2hrs before bed time
    • Do the dishes and prepare your next day before bedtime (ie nothing to be keeping you up)
    • Take a 10 mg Melatonin tablet -- is Anti cancer and fast over the threshold of restlessness into deep sleep
    • Watch like a hawk WHAT YOU EAT !! <<>> LCHF, LC100-HWFFP << (Borrow from Anti-Diabetic advice: Low Carb, max 100 gr / day, - High intake of Water Fiber Fat and Protein) !!!!!!!!
    • Give your bedmate a long massage before bed time .. Awesome relaxing
    • Do a "metta" meditation .. forgot what metta means .. imho it means feeling good and sending good vibes to the world
