  1. You are right, the first time I ever knew that a person could have a few hours without lots of stray worries and just overwhelming anxiety and dissatisfaction was when I took a valium. Valium was more addicting to me than anything but cigarettes but I have to admit that Demarol was addicting, it brought on a tranquility a little like the Valium but it took amounts of the stuff that pretty much disabled me from functioning at all. Blow I hated, Valium fixed me up and made me understand a lot of people better. I probably should quit coffee too.

  3. Perhaps your new understanding has placed you years ahead of modern medical orthodoxy, since the phrase "GABA deficiency syndrome" returns a grand total of four google hits.

Meanwhile, across the nation we have masses of benzodiazepine addicts who are subjected to all sorts of 12-step programs and other ineffective forms of self-flagellation... when all they may truly require is a simple nutritional supplement to make them well. If GABA works for you, please just pay it forward by telling some of the people who need to know about it.
If not, there are all sorts of other alternative ideas out there to try.

  4. You're a popular guy Bill.

Where can he go from here? I guess he could always sell insurance.

Oh yeah, did you really put your phone number on your profile?

"I joined the Titan Victoria Insurance group back last year in Phoenix, AZ. Since that time there has been 4 different directors each with a vastly different theme on management. The latest rendition is this tall guy named Bill Bebinger who seems like he is always on 10 cups of coffee and threatening people with termination. Total disorganization, chaos, horrible... "

"Third, they are always posting up signs about values. I hardly believe this company truly values people. Since I have been with the company, I have been demeaned and disparaged so many times especially by Bill Bebinger. The company rarely listens to their staff which constantly restate the obvious problems."

This is the worst employee and manager of this company. The absolute worst.

How can they let this guy be employed at this company?"

"I finally went to the shop with my vehicle. After two weeks of my vehicle sitting there, I called Bill Bebinger in their Phoenix office. He stated to me that Titan would not pay for the rental.

Bill Bebinger ***. Horrible service. Dont go with them. Find another insurance company."

Titan delayed my claim. I called Bill Bebinger in the Phoenix office who said to me that nothing could be done. I am out over 1000 dollars. This insurance sucks. Bebinger ripped me off.

Hey Rearden, long time no talk (I've thankfully kicked my own destructive ET addiction for things that are far more productive and profitable).
It's pretty well accepted that people with insatiable chocolate cravings are low in magnesium, and are intuitively seeking to find chemical balance. This lends some credence to your theory. Just like pregnant women eating pickles for the salt and all that.

Anyway, I'm happy that you've so far escaped the clutches of The Man. Remember Iran/Contra? The CIA and/or their subsidiaries got caught selling drugs to fund wars when Congress wouldn't shell out. Don't expect legalization anytime soon--prices, and thus profit, on their black-market product would drop drastically, meaning we'd have to settle for smaller wars with fewer corpses. And, really, nobody wants that.

I honestly think that is the real reason drug addiction is not treated as what it is, an illness. If someone has a drug habit, in my perfect world, they would go to a doctor on a regular basis for a script. He would do a complete phsysical, warn them of the dangers of what they are doing and make them watch a video on the harmful effects of their favorite drug. After that though they would be able to take their legit. script to a pharmacy and fill it, all narcotics would be manufactured by the government and every bit of profit would go to treatment and prevention of addiction. This will never happen though because the "war on drugs" employs way too many people and funds way too many dirty wars. Just imagine all the cops, probation officers, wardens, prison gaurds, DEA agents and construction workers who'd be out of work if we decriminalized the position of drugs.

  8. In a perfect world......your half way there though, it is the negligence and cowardice of the "drug" profession, and their political acolytes that has allowed this to go on so long.
Your missing something, as you know-WHAT script?

I know you have been there and done that, with-was it a brain tumor? Now that is not a fun thing, this much is obvious.
    I've recently been reading this,
    http://www.bookbin.com.au/

    makes a lot of sense.

Went to a Doc today, my blood pressure was 180 over 120. That's not good, for a basic reading, i was told i will need blood pressure meds for the rest of my life.

Wonderful, all thanks to the work of the tobacco and liquor lobbies, and-certain government organisations that contribute directly in a causative, if unprovable and indirect, manner.

These people are rotten crooks-that's all there is to it.
