This is for Microsoft Office Basic Edition 2003, full version not an upgrade. Came with my Dell computers and were never installed, still in shrink wrap, never opened. The software is factory sealed in plastic and contains an unused CD KEY. This is not an academic or pirated version. The software has never been opened, therefore you know it has never been registered. I actually have 2 of them and I will sell them for $100 each.
