I doubt anyone is willing to pay that much. I'm doubtful you can even legally sell/ transfer the license to someone else. So I would be taking a gamble even buying it.

 

As far as I've seen, nothing prevents me from selling or transferring. Definitely willing to go around $349 for less than half
