I was in a 9 lot DAX trade with one of the brokers you listed and their tt fix [junk feed] died - no one answered the trade desk for for 3 attempts. I had to go hedge the trade in a different acct with a different broker that night. I had additional problems after that so I left - that is just not acceptable service.

  4. I use AMP thru Global Futures. The only problem I have with AMP is their customer services is horrible. Even the reps (All that I spoke too) at Global say they are the worst in the business. It took 3 days to get a wire sent to me. I had to call them 4 times. Even wiring money to them was a hassle. That was 2 days before it hit my account.

I have another account elsewhere and when I wire money in or out it takes only a 2-3 hours. Sometimes 1 hour. For this reason alone I rarely use Amp anymore.

They have two speeds at Amp. Slow and slower. I think it is in their culture. Everytime I ever had to call them they sound like they just don't give a shit.

I do like NT7 and CQG though. Never had a problem.

Don't get him even more AMP'd up - LOL!

I had no problems at AMP and wired funds out twice a month - they always had it done and in my bank acct the next day. I never had issues so I never had to deal with customer service - I would go back if I had to but they could never match my rates.

Haha, Why do I have the feeling one day I'm going to see his picture on CNN followed by the headline "7 shot dead over online brokerage debate"

If he has a list, I'm pretty sure we're climbing up to the top real quick :D

In all honesty though, I never had a problem with wires either. Also, I'm low maintenance so maybe others have had issues with customer service if they require more attention. I'm with them strictly for their commisions and data feed.

  10. I don't dislike Amp. I've never had a problem NT7 or CQG. In fact I like NT7/CQG a lot. I just dread having to call Amp. My problem is I believe they are aware of their customer service ills but they choose not to correct them.
