Enough of them got sick that they had to close the plant, then the plant got cleaned, then they non-sick ones started work and within a couple days more got sick, and the plant closed again for cleaning..... just repeat the cycle -- at some point a decision is made to just shut down.
Capn genius, it was Tyson Meats who released the two page spread TO CAUSE panic buying. Do the climate activists control Tyson Meats?
The chicken processing plants in our state are selling 40 pound bulk boxes of chicken directly out of 18 wheel trucks at multiple locations across the state (fairgrounds, farmer markets, etc.) The meat is being sold at very reasonable prices of $35 to $60 per box depending if you want thighs, breasts, or wings. There are long lines of cars for these sales. These bulk boxes are normally sold to restaurants that are closed. These sales allow people to get chicken at very discounted prices. A win-win all around. I should also note that both companies have been donating chicken to food banks across our state as well. House of Raeford, Mountaire Farms hold another round of chicken sales; more Tuesday https://www.wral.com/house-of-raefo...round-of-chicken-sales-more-tuesday/19072081/
You're quoting Holodomor? Never go full retard @wildchild Americans consume way way way too much of protein and carbs, on top of that half of the food that is perfectly edible is just thrown away. Holodomor was about complete starvation, there was NOTHING. People would have eaten insects if available. Your dumb ass comparison is insulting.
According to who. Its called a free country and we dont need some government entity telling us what to consume. Idiot.
People who think a shortage of Popeye's special offer chicken is a famine America has the most pampered spoilt fat arse, fat brained populace on the planet. A nation whose only excuse is they got that "affluenza". Holodomor eh?
