  2. “All you need is love. But a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt.”― Charles M. Schulz. I really liked this statement, because it completely defines me. I eat whatever I want without restrictions because I think that making healthy eating not about depriving yourself, but about being mindful. I have developed tangible and sustainable lifestyle habits that support my weight-loss goals and promote overall lifelong good health. it is a pity that girls believe that to be beautiful and slim you need to constantly limit yourself in food and do not eat anything other than vegetables...You can take a look here https://www.modernfit.com/programs/noom/the-only-noom-food-list-youll-ever-need/ to change your mind.

'This is now MY way. Where is yours?'
Thus I answered those who asked me "the way". For THE way–does not exist!

It is good to know something of the customs of different people in order to judge more soundly of our own, and so that we might not think that all that which is contrary to our own ways be ridiculous and contrary to reason, as those who have seen nothing have the habit of doing.

“To love at all is to be vulnerable. Love anything and your heart will be wrung and possibly broken. If you want to make sure of keeping it intact you must give it to no one, not even an animal. Wrap it carefully round with hobbies and little luxuries; avoid all entanglements. Lock it up safe in the casket or coffin of your selfishness. But in that casket, safe, dark, motionless, airless, it will change. It will not be broken; it will become unbreakable, impenetrable, irredeemable. To love is to be vulnerable.”

    ―C.S. Lewis
