    So that's your big argument?

America bought influence with the Colombian Government. And Noriega. Which happened, what? 40 years ago?

So that's why every single country in South and Central America is a shithole And continues to be a shithole. Cause of 'Noreiga'.

You are completely missing the point. The issue has never been about the economic or political well-being of other countries. Where did you get to that? It is about the point that if we mind our own business and stop interfering in others' affairs then most likely (as evidenced by many other nations that stay out of others' shit, such as Japan) people of other nations stop interfering in our affairs and stop terrorizing us. I rest my case and I am not expecting to ever convince you. For what its worth you perfectly fit the profile of a paid Putin social media troll.

I had two posts before u were in this thread. Saying third world countries ought to make their own countries better. To which you replied. That's where on earth i got it from..... Remember?

As for your second point, yes, I agree somewhat. Unfortunately, there is a policing role to be done in the world. NATO, the UN, and Obama won't do it. So we will. Tough shit. That's why he won be nearly 100 EV.

This is a different time. Iraq was bs. It was a lie. Americans still believed in neocon nation-building, offshoring, and piling up loads of debt. It was a stupid time. ISIS = real threat. They're real. NATO created ISIS by taking out Mubarek, Qaddafi, Huessien and Al Asad. While propping and funneling money to the Fucking Saudis who financed many of the terrorists directly. Sharia law and brutality is at the root of many of these societies if left to their own devices. Enter the secular strong man to pick off the terrorists. Take out the strong man = terrorists proliferate.

It was intentional. America needs a war. That's what NATO is doing.

    We just gonna be disingenuous?
Mexican American war/treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo=half a country lost (don't act like manifest destiny wasn't a thing). America has a long history of battling the commies in Latin America. While one can successfully argue that communism is inferior to capitalism (believe me, I agree), would we not have been better off letting failed states figure it out for themselves?

Sure we could've seen mass genocide (a hallmark of communism) and armed conflict, but we may have seen peaceful dissolution just the same (ie USSR and many satellite states). And let's not act like all socialist countries are all that bad; the Scandinavian model may have been the end result in Latin America for some of these countries. And guess what, Latin America would not hate us for it.
