Obama had the constitutional authority to make poor decisions and he did that. Not sure many said that was unlawful. Same for Bubba. His release of the Taliban Dream Team was unlawful though.
Perhaps all these 'sudden' pardons are geared to show someone in the guilty lineup that if they talk candidly they might be pardoned. Obviously this means Trump is trying to get Obama's role in this spygate scandal revealed. Who knows? Probably Netflix can get cameras into prison for a few seasons...lol
