What experience has anyone had with flow-thru tax defferal products? The business scenario/model looks pretty complicated but I think they a good way to sock your money away from the g-men.
I would start with these sites and the rule that if you don't have a real business purpose for the entity it is illegal. If you can find some tax court decisions supporting the structure it is to your advantage to do so.
