Florida Real Estate - Two 110-storey condos for Miami

Discussion in 'Economics' started by The Kin, May 5, 2005.

  1. And to those who have lived and worked down there for a few years as I did, you can try to be Politically correct all you want but you know damn well the vast majority of the cubans down there are classless ghettotrash. You can deny this all you want and adhere to your PC stance, but all of you know this it true.

hmm, how many illegal immigrants do you really think come over on boats to Miami??

any that manage to cling to a rafter they send right back!

    how about Elian???

funny how alot of illegal immigrants work 3 times as hard as the standard legal american with all the rights given to them by birth

I'm european and have been in this country for 10+ years, but I still have to cling to a temp work permit, even though I'm a professional (ex public accounting). I pay tons of taxes but still get treated in the system as someone just of the boat.

the current government with it's isolationist policies are really turning away skilled labor from immigrating

the problem is not immigrants who want to come here and make a better life, the problem is the government and PWT like yourself who creates the hostile environment for those who DO manage to come here, in term depressing their chances and their future.

  4. I don't understand why yall care two flips either way change is almost impossible to institute. I haven't been to Miami in a couple of years, but I would have to agree with jackedup on a few points. When you get an uncultured minority group running the show persuing their own agenda, the whole system suffers...

El Paso where I live is run by guess who, Mexicans. Philly and many areas in the South (where I grew up) like Birmingham are run by blacks.

The problem with this scenario, such as in El Paso, you get a majority of hispanics trying to impose an agenda that was unsuccessful in their crappy country, but that is all they know so they fatally persue the same strategy. BTW, Texas' economy (GSP) is 40% larger than Mexico's (GDP) and 8% larger than Canada's (GDP).

....AND THE WORST THING ABOUT UNEDUCATED PEOPLE IS THAT NO AMOUNT OF LOGIC CAN CONVINCE THEM OTHERWISE....

I personally don't care what race you are, whether white, black, yellow, latino, chicano, hispanic'o...if you want to live in an area where you can impose your beliefs on that society you can stick it in your ear...but the problem is that they get all excited about their 'group' and run around letting their better judgment be compromised because they are one of 'theirs'. More education, especially in economics and math and logic could fix this, but I see it all the time from all races......stupidity

  6. If truth and socio-economic reality is hate and racist to you, then perhaps you need to come back to reality or continue to whine about how "hateful" I am.

  7. I don't know which government you are calling isolationist....maybe the EU that has all those Non-Tariff Barriers to trade,... maybe that is why US GDP of over $10Trillion dwarfs the COMBINED EU GDP of $6Trillion.

If you have ever taken a basic economics and history class you would understand why we just let the illegals in but hold the 'skilled' EU labor at the door. Maybe because reciprocity doesn't exist for 'EVIL AMERICA' and because your socialist policies drain your efficiencies which we already foot the bill for anyways. How much have your countries saved in defense spending the last 50 years while you funneled it back into your social programs when the US footed the defense bills? Now that chicken has come to roost and what has happened 12% unemployment....ROFLMMFAO! Lower your tax rates, drop your NTB's, and move away from socialism and I promise you will be running home. THE PROBLEMS AREN'T HERE MY FRIEND, thats why the US comprises 30% of world GDP with Japan taking 15% and rest to everyone else.....go look in the mirror

  9. Sooner or later, we'll get a leader that is going to say enough is enough and deport all the illegal cubans, haitians, and all others back. Then, the cubans will cry some more. Cubans exist down there on borrowed time and only because of this silly decade-old political rivalry between Castro and out braindead leaders. Keep talking trash ther el cubano. I'll be laughing all the way to the beach when they heard you and your illegal friends onto a raft and ship your ass 90 miles south to Havana.
