  2. Read the post I wrote. Max made up a whole different scenario. The numbers are wrong. There was no half bath added. There was no half bath carted off. There were no structural changes of any kind.

    I KNOW what the kitchen and tile estimates were. I got them myself. Less than half of what Max says. But Max knows everything about everything. Just ask him!

    Max can't read. Or doesn't want to deal with the facts. He said my buyer sold the house to a realtor/speculator. Not quite the way it was. I sold it to the "realtor/speculator"....Kathleen Kennedy, just as I said. With a phone number and all the info I had. Max could call, but Max thinks I have the ability and the desire and time to waste to create conspiracies to fool him. Just as when he claimed I could not have been trading at the CBOE, and I gave him the names and numbers of the people there that could verify every word I said. It was just no fun for Max to deal with the facts. Ski pass from Chamonix? French visa issued in Chicago? All very important to Max until I gave him what he clamored for. But his frustration at my being able to furnish him with what he thought I could not caused him to have a breakdown from which he still has yet to recover.

    Max is afraid of the truth. Max was afraid to meet me when I offered to buy him dinner and drinks. Or maybe he is just afraid of being met, and is ashamed of who and what he is. Either way, FPC, this is NOT a guy you want to emulate.

    FPC, you used to be a good guy. Entertaining, and unpredictable. This new "angry Max" persona is not attractive.

    I hope you find your way back.

    As to the 12 days....."just sold" has a different meaning when refering to a HOME that was the ONLY place you ever lived with your wife and blended family of kids. The closing was Feb 17th.

    You have called me a liar. And if I ever said I was "golfing buddies" with Glenn Frye, then I would be a liar. But I never said that. Look it up. Or have Max do it. Researching old posts is his specialty.

    You claimed I lied about playing lead guitar with the Allman Brother's. Again that would have been a lie if I ever said it. I never did. Look it up.

    You said I claimed to be close friends with famous actresses. Again, I never said that. I am close friends with ONE famous actress. JUST ONE!! Look it up.

    Peace FPC, and I hope you get back to being the fun guy you were. Your new angry drunk character is not the pleasant guy the old FPC was. Leave that character to Longshot. You are blurring the lines!

  6. From RS7-Error 404 on 6/24: “I just sold my house in (central) Boca. 4 Bedroom, 4 Bath. But one bath was a cabana bath out by the pool. Because I did NOT have a 1/2 bath (powder room)...”

    So let’s start out at the beginning. RS7 has a 4 bath house, inclusive of the 1 in the cabana. That leaves 3 baths in the main house. The realtor/speculator is now selling it as: “4 bedrooms, 3.5 bath”

    RS7 states: “There was no half bath added. There was no half bath carted off.”
    Then how did the half bath all of a sudden appear? And how did the 1 bath in the cabana disappear?

    A $600,000 house and the low estimate for a full kitchen remodel with diagonally set travertine marble and all new appliances for $15,000? Anybody who has remodeled anything knows this is impossible, even with low grade appliances and cheap tile. Do you know how much built-ins cost? All custom millwork and design.

    RS7 says they put in the same marble in all the bathrooms with inlays. RS7 says they didn't remove any structures, but tearing down a pool enclosure is not a one hour job; they are usually built fairly sturdy as So. Fla. building codes for outside structures make them hurricane proof.

    Take some reading lessons. Here’s what I said:

    “His buyer: ‘Sold it to a realtor/speculator.’”

    See the colon? See the dead giveaway capital letter after the colon? See the quotation marks? See your own statement inside the quotes?

    You do know what a colon is, don’t you? See, it’s this symbol that looks like this “:” You should be familiar with the name, yours apparently is backed up because you're so full of crap!

    Hardly. I think you’re just full of tall tales. Secret spy missions during Viet Nam; restaurateur in Aspen; big trader in Chicago; played on stage at the Filmore with the Allman Bros.; dated a now famous movie star; introduced Greg Allman to Cher; big trader in Monaco; wife is not only blond, she "looks like a model", she’s a lawyer and she’s a COO and CFO of a BIG company; skied down Mont Blanc; golfing with Eagle Glenn Frey. And I’m sure there’s lots more.
