In his book "How To Trade In Stocks" Jesse Livermore writes about losing a lot of money in the Florida land boom. Thanks for posting the article. I am surprised to learn Florida property sold at such a high price about year 1926.

you are right...it should.

How many people do you know that have acted on it? I only know one....me.

I sold all my real estate and i now rent...acuumulating cash for the crash and will buy when everyone else is in a panic.

people still think that buying a house to live in is some kind of great investment...and will be forever....WRONG.
