    I would like to know if anyone has a website they use for information on (Number of shares outstanding) and (Float).

    I use Yahoo Finance for this type of information. Click on the "Profile" link when looking at a detailed quote. The table at the bottom of that page will have both shares outstanding and float, as well as a lot of other usefull information.
