Apparently in ver. 6.20.9 they have removed the max floor functionality. You cannot get the max box to display, and you can't enter a default number of shares. Now you have to click on spec conditions, then when you hit the order entry key an additional box pops up and you have to manually enter the max floor EACH TRADE. To say this is idiotic is generous. It adds two steps to the order entry process. If I am wrong, someone please correct me and I will apologize. To make it worse, they did this without any warning. Just slipped it into the upgrade. The way a feature this important was gutted does not exactly fill me with confidence about the Schwab switch over. My advice is not to do the upgrade if you use this feature. Anyone know how to undo it?
