Who are you responding to? Who does this workout, since I can see no reference to it in this thread? Handle123, whom you refer to in your next post (who I believe has me on ignore)?
Yes Handle This was his post- “Being 62 years old, "The loss of this muscle mass and have zero production of testosterone production slows the metabolism", I simple not losing weight after doing two hours of cardio and one hour of lifting weights 4-5 times a week. I am losing water and minimum fat and gaining muscle. https://healthyliving.azcentral.com/can-60yearold-man-lose-weight-build-muscle-1134.html Thirty years ago use to lift 25-50,000 lbs a night at work and maintain weight and eat as much as I wanted, now it is just way different.”
I'm not sure I'd buy anything he's selling. Didn't destriero out him as a fraud? https://www.elitetrader.com/et/threads/malicious-trolling-and-stalking.323122/page-29#post-4694645 If I remember correctly, this is the guy who said that he knew Xela personally and helped "her" through "her" cancer treatments. Xela, who turned out to be a guy. Two hours of cardio a day and an hour of lifting 4-5 times a week? At 62? If it were even remotely true, and he wasn't just phoning it in at the gym, he'd be ground to a powder by now.
Highly unlikely a guy in his sixties can pull this off for any length of time. Couple years ago, age 64, when I burned myself to the ground, I was doing about 45 minutes of hard cardio, followed by about half an hour of weight training, 6-7 days a week. I did that for nearly a year before the big crash and burn that landed me in the ER with Afib. At the end of that year I was weaker across the board in all exercises, and stamina was for shit. Took me damn near a year after that of slowly working my way back into a spot where I could have a decent workout. Would not recommend.
