Consider reading "Say Goodnight to Insomnia" by Gregg Jacobs. A sleep specialist recommended it to a relative of mine recently as the best book on the market. It deals with sleep hygiene, CBT and the relaxation response, and offers a number of tips and suggestions to get a better night's sleep.
The feeling is being bursting with energy when I should be sleeping after over three hours since the last exercise. Trading made me very disciplined on sleep and routine. Living in near the Equator is great as the days are always the same length so all the mess of solar cycles is eliminated. I'll try the minerals, maybe it will pass. Maybe I should exercise to exhaustion?
"bursting with energy", 30 yr olds and 40yr olds don't talk about "energy" whatever the fk this is.. how old are you??? you are obsesses with energy because you are old
Dude.. you really are not the brightest spoon in the drawer are you? Ok, I am between 44 and 50, I never give my exact age as there are a lot of weirdos on the internet and knowing the age helps trolls doxx people. So I'm not dead yet. And 30 year olds sure as hell do, if not there is something very wrong with them. 40s, yeah it gets more of a drag.
5 hours of working out out the door after eating one slice ... I agree with rocketman aka rocketboys daddy. I don’t agree with the dipshit part.
All a 60 year old guy needs to feel like 25 is some vitamins and one to two packs of Androgel a day (which you can buy without prescription from near any pharmacy here). I know a guy here who is 67 and keeps a couple of young ladies on the go most of the time. He is really lucky it does not cause him baldness somehow. Personally, I like having hair on my head so not doing the mega testosterone lunacy but I don't need it yet either. I will say however I trialed a cocktail from an endocrinologist and my back got 90% better so impressed with the healing.
Pizza is verboten? I know triathlete types who eat 5-6K calories a day; pizza, pasta, whatever. They cant gain a pound. It's all about the muscle and liver glycogen. Is rocketturd ever a value-add? I personally don't eat a lot of pizza or pasta.
