Fishing while trading.

Thats the life. Wireless connection to satellite, cool breeze, ahhh...

 

The way things are going, most market addicts will soon be wondering if they can trade from their McD's frying post.

 

I can't say I'm actively trading while fishing, but I do go fishing and have a blackberry that lets me keep track of my positions and connect with my account by internet or phone if I need to.

Surely it will happen that just as I glance to the screen to make sure all is well and find out all heck is breaking loose, the leviathan of a lifetime will strike and I'll have to make a priority decision.

 

I been daytrading between flipping burgers for the last 12 years... I have nearly made enough to afford to eat at McD's once a week...

 

You catch anything today?

 

I thought they give you lunch when you work there.

 

We have to pay for it, unless you don't let the managers see you.

 

I went out early this morning just as the sun was coming up. It sure is nice out on the water then. Using small minnows I caught 5-6 crappies and a few decent smallmouth. No keepers really. It's supposed to be 93 and humid here today so I came in about 9am.

Btw, the blackberry lets me keep current on the news in case something pops up pre-market.
