Yes, that's the Nasdaq page. Apparently the monthly futures contract is for 1000 kg of fish...

The recent spot price of NQSALMON is 62.91 NOK, which is about 5.88 USD

 

Wow, I have never imagined... Although, now that I think about it, why not, when pork belly were a thing...

 

I just noticed Salmon yesterday poking around tradingeconomics. This is a CFD of some sort it seems. I just got into eating salmon in 2019 and that does feel like the price move at the store, really sucks.
