What am I missing??? if bitcoiners are crying for a decentralized exchange and there is actually one, why isn't everyone signing up for it??? Because it is probably in beta phase, so practically there isn't one yet... And just out of curiosity, how did they solve pricing?
Read again: I wrote Invented (meaning: they know how) and in development (meaning: still building)..... There are several initiatives (you can find on: bitcointalk.org), and you can Google: BitMessage for their prototypes (pricing is done by special-broadcasted messages).
Hoi, when is www.buttontrader.com going to take bitcoin? EDIT: shouldn't www.buttontrader.com be a front end to bitstamp and btc-e?
Hard to tell...it's quite a lot of work to implement an additional interface (and their API's aren't quite at an "industry professional level"). But, yes... it has my attention. (Edit) About BTC payments: that's a bit troublesome as we need reoccurring subscriptions, which aren't (yet) implemented in the Bitcoin-protocol.
Oh OK, so it just hasn't been practically tested. Did you know I invented an anti-gravity device? it just hasn't been tested yet... I really don't see a decentralized exchange working for various reasons.... P.S.: My bad, by invented I meant a thing that is practically working, and not just on the design board...
No not yet. But I guess they are working on it, because many multi-billion Industries (think of Porn) do need it badly.
Would you be a pal and PM me when the first such exchange goes live??? Until that I will just be tinkering with my anti-gravity device...
