could you tell me anything about FNY? I had a bunch of questions regarding their training, culture, and strategies. I also wanted to hear from current traders how they like it there? I want to know how they teach trading. I assume they just tell you the right way to be thinking about trades, and then you're own your own to figure out how to trade. But at least they tell you something. So: 1. How is their training? Do you learn things that are worth learning? 2. Success rate? 3. What is the culture like for traders and new trainees? Is it bulge bank beat-you-up culture? Or is it laid-back and less corporate? I currently at a trading firm that is the latter, and i love it there. However, I want to be at a better trading firm, in terms of trading results, and so I am looking at FNY. Any thoughts?
